Thermal inkjet systems work according to the well-known inkjet principle, in which the ink is "sprayed" onto the carrier material (substrate) without contact. This avoids smudging of the print and the surface itself is not further damaged. Drying out of inks or clogging of the nozzles, as is the case with infrequent use in the home, hardly plays a role in industry, as regular use is made here. regular use.
