Within production, the labelling of packaging and shipping packages is one of the last work steps. But of course also an important one. In addition to legally required information, such as best-before dates, intelligent labelling of products and packaging also simplifies tracking and logistics in general. Batch numbers, serial numbers, shipping addresses and much more help to simplify transport and delivery.

TIJ systems are particularly suitable for marking packaging made of paper, cardboard, corrugated board or coated paper. These work according to the proven inkjet principle, in which the ink is "sprayed" onto the object to be printed without contact. This avoids damage to the objects to be printed and is nevertheless fast and effective. Problems known from home use, such as dried ink or clogged nozzles, are negligible in industrial use.

The print on board is usually done directly on the assembly line, on the production line. But with small margins or very large large cardboard boxes, it may also be necessary to label them directly by hand. It's a good thing that RED Jet has well thought-out solutions for all applications.

The RED TIJ models are ideal for stationary use and high throughput. With its up to 2 independent print heads, any number of parallel printing processes can be carried out or, optionally, completely uninterrupted printing can be guaranteed.
With optional accessories, up to 5 print heads can be installed in parallel.
